Hailing from the mountains of Wyoming, Pvt. Parts was part of a secret government skating operation gone wrong. After the government wiped his memory, he found himself in Fargo, ND with no recollection of the operation’s details or his prior self. All he had was his government issued skates and and pads, and an uncontrollable urge to mow down his opponents on the derby track. While little else is known about this skater’s true identity, it is certain that Pvt. Parts has grown familiar with the ways of the flat track and the only operation he concerns himself with now is the mission to help bring Rock City Riot to victory!
